I did not realize until the 90s that I was still a child of the 60s - I love Earth Shoes, Birkenstocks, Gentle Soles shoes - I refuse to wear synthetic fabrics - short fingernails, natural hair, and I love to cook with lots of herbs and spices that I grow myself!  I make body scrubs and exfoliants to keep my fifty-something skin smooth and natural.  Life is good...
